When you create an account we store your email address, your DJ name, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and email your Google account shares with us. Gameplay data tied to your account includes your league points, match record, friends list, chat messages, subscription status and gear purchases.
What we never collect
Your music files never leave your device. Pitch Finder analyses and plays your audio locally in your browser; we do not upload, copy or store your tracks on any server. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not show third-party ads.
Where data lives
Account and gameplay data is stored with Supabase (our database provider). Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card or bank details — PayPal only tells us that a subscription or purchase is active.
Analytics and ad measurement
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which posts, ads and links bring players to Pitch Finder, and which parts of the game they use (for example: a game started, a mix scored, an account created, a subscription started). These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receive technical data such as your browser type, approximate location and the page you came from. We do not send your email, your DJ name or your music to them. If you are in the UK or the EU we only turn these tools on after you accept the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Chat
Messages you send to friends are stored so they can be delivered when your friend is offline, and are marked as read once delivered.
Your rights
You can delete your local data from Your profile at any time, and you can email fran@casatilt.com to request deletion of your account data from our servers. Cancelling a subscription is done from Your profile or your PayPal automatic payments page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
